An extraordinary Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil and symbol of our commitment to our land and nature. Royeta de Asque is an olive variety native to Huesca. On the verge of extinction, Cata de Oro has collaborated on its recovery and is a pioneer in its cultivation.

Cata de Oro Royeta de Asque has an unmistakable and unique flavour, the pleasure of an exceptional EVOO that combines all the flavour of Los Monegros

 

Intense fruitiness of herbs and reeds, with some aromatic apple, banana and nuts notes, with an outstanding process of fresh almonds. It feels slightly bitter and spicy in the mouth, stoked with a sweet and nutty personality.

Intense fruity green olive flavour with strong notes of green grass, almonds and walnuts. Mildly spicy and very slightly bitter on the palette with a persistent almond aftertaste.
